feat: Mejorar visualización del resumen ejecutivo

- KPIs compactos en una sola tarjeta horizontal (4 métricas)
- Health Score con desglose de factores (FCR, AHT, Transferencias, CSAT)
- Barras de progreso por cada factor con estado y insight
- Insight contextual según el score
- Diseño más profesional y menos espacio vacío
